Recognising and describing 2D shapes.

Reflection I was learning to recognise and describe 2D shapes. I found it tricky because I had to count the corners. I am still not sure of all my 2D shapes and how to describe them.

Identifying Parts of Speech

Reflection I was learning to identify
 parts of speech. It was tricky because I did not know my nouns, verbs and adjectives. I learnt nouns are names, places or object. I learnt adjectives are describing things and verbs are doing words. Next I need to think about using interesting verbs and adjectives in my writing.

Did You Ever Poem

We were learning to do a  did you ever poem with simple imagery. I found this tricky because I did not understand my nouns and verbs. I learnt my nouns and verbs.

Making Connections

Reflection I was learning to make contentions to my life. I found it easy because I had an experience when I felt sad.

Welcome To My Year 4 Learning blog.  This is my room 12 and my teacher is Mrs Prendergast.
I enjoy playing soccer at lunch with my friends.  A goal I have this year is to get 70 ticks.
